Omega

The Omega Speedmaster played an essential role in the Apollo 13 mission enabling the safe return of the astronauts.  Without the Speedmaster the astronauts would not have been able to calculate and formulate the correct flight path angle for re-entry into the Earth’s atmosphere.

In October of 1970, NASA gave the Omega Speedmaster a Snoopy award to acknowledge the crucial role of the watch in this mission.  33 Years later Omega launched the limited edition Speedmaster Professional Snoopy Award watch commemorating the Apollo 13 mission.

The Snoopy Speedmaster is a limited edition of 5,441 pieces, each individually numbered.  The limited number derived from the duration of the Apollo 13 mission (142 hours, 54 minutes and 41 seconds).

This watch comes with the original grey Snoopy box, grey card wallet,  Omega warranty card, certificate of authenticity and Snoopy appreciation certificate.
